METHOD |
1.Weigh PHASE A in a heat proof stainless steel bowl. |
2. Heat PHASE A until fully melted, stirring continuously. |
3. Remove from heat once everything is melted and place in the fridge to cool. Putting it in the fridge is critical do not skip this step! |
4. Stirring occasionally while the product is in the fridge. Once the product becomes a semi-solid remove from the fridge. |
5. Use a handmixer with beaters to whip until the product is fluffy. |
6.Add PHASE B and whip to incorporate. |
7.Package in jars after 24hrs. |
